Meditation & Management (M&M) is a Mitra Path program that teaches Zen Meditation and how to apply it to business management and the workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n The M&M group meets bi-weekly for meditation sessions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text ul_item_indent=”3em” _builder_version=”4.22.1″ _module_preset=”default” background_color=”#f4f4f4″ custom_margin=”||0px||false|false” custom_padding=”2em|2em|0px|2em|false|true” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”]<\/p>\n The program includes the following:<\/span><\/p>\n 1. We learn and practice Zen Meditation using the three-prong approach of Precepts, Samadhi and Wisdom (in Japanese, called \u201cKai-Jo-E\u201d).
